Akwaaba Tickets, Ghana’s premier only bus and coach tickets platform, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Akwaaba Tickets
- Lead on employee relations on the organisation.
- Working with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
